Rene Nazare has decided to more aggressively pursue his dream for a UFC shot. In doing so, he and I have decided that he should retire from the Dungeon so he will have the extra time, with no distractions, to pursue his goal. On his retirement from the Dungeon, Rene wishes a warm good-bye to everyone that he trained. Rene is a very talented fighter and all of us at the Dungeon wish him the best of luck as he pursues his goals.
 
Brown Belt, Van Mariano, is moving back into the role of full-time BJJ Instructor for the Dungeon. Van has been with the Dungeon for many years. He has always excelled as one of our best instructors and, in past competition at NAGA Tournaments, consistently led the Dungeon Fight Team to many victories. Van is highly respected on Cape Cod and, with his style of teaching, he will enable his students to achieve their goals and the Dungeon Fight Team to continue being successful in broader BJJ competition.
