HAPPY NEW YEARS!

Happy New Years to all! Hope everyone has a fun but safe night and I look forward to seeing everyone NEXT YEAR!!!
We are closed New Years day.
We are starting a kickboxing class Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 815-9am. The class will be like the bag class on Mon-Wed-Fri, very basic, lots of kicking and shadowing, with exercises in between on the breaks. We will also work knee and elbow technique. This is a good way to learn the basics. Good basics wins fights. Remember, this is only 45 minutes long so don't be late.
